OneLink Outreach Visits
OneLink Outreach Visits
OneLink visits the Early Morning Centre fortnightly as part of their outreach service to provide information for guests
OneLink offers a range of information and connections for support services in the ACT, including services for people who are experiencing homelessness or at risk of experiencing homelessness. They can help link you with the best support services for your situation and needs.
How does it work?
When you speak with OneLink, an assessing officer will talk to you about your situation and what services might be of help to you. They will provide you with information about your options and, where appropriate, will follow up to connect you to services.
OneLink will:
- treat you in a non-judgmental manner with dignity and respect
- provide flexible, responsive and efficient services that are based on your needs
- provide you with up-to-date information on services available within the community
- protect the confidentiality of your personal information, only sharing information with your consent
- actively involve you in decision making and planning processes regarding services you may need or receive
Who can access this service?
Anyone in the ACT can access support from OneLink.
