Primary Health Care Centre
Primary Health Care Centre Anniversary
Today, Monday, 22 July 2019, marks the 5-year anniversary of the opening of our Primary Health Care Centre.
With funding from the ACT Government announced in January in 2014, we were able to establish the Health Centre as an additional service for our guests.
The Centre got off to a great start in April 2014 and was officially opened on 22 July 2014, by Chief Minister Katy Gallagher.
Through the Centre, guests are able to access free healthcare for issues ranging from a common cold to getting the flu vaccination as well as ongoing healthcare support.
All guests are welcome to see the doctor, who attends the EMC once a week, whenever they need to. If guests don’t have a medicare card, the doctor is still able to see them.
